PAWS IN HOPE
The group works with different animal shelters and hospitals, to arrange sending street animals to them for sterilization and treatment. Together with community involvement, the group assists them, so that healthier street animals will ensure healthier neighborhoods and happier residents in the long run.
This Group also plans to;
Encourage residents to take up community
feeding.
Encourage each building to adopt one dog from the neighborhood, feed, vaccinate, and sterilize it. The dog can be a playmate for
children in the compound as many homes will not allow a dog into the house. This would inculcate compassion and responsibility in children as they, under supervision, learn to care for an animal

Leela Place Foundation
At Leela Place Foundation, they’re all about giving dogs a forever home when they have nowhere else to go. Once they lose their homes, they have no way to find a new one. They’re alone and desolate. When they come to Leela Place Foundation, they become part of the family. We’re talking about abused, abandoned, sick, and injured dogs who’ve been through a lot. It all started with one neglected pup they brought home. That opened their eyes to a world they didn’t even know existed. A world where pets are treated terribly, left to fend for themselves, and not given the care they need when they’re sick. Now they’re a registered NGO with 120 dogs
Leela Place Foundation takes in abandoned elderly and infirm dogs like Henry, pups with chronic illnesses like Chameli, and old dogs left behind by breeders because they can’t have puppies anymore, like Scooby. And then there’s Codey, dogs bought on a whim and then tossed aside.
Help them so that they can help even more dogs who haven’t been treated kindly by their families or by destiny.
